Klaviyo

Klaviyo

Trigger guest campaigns from order history and visit frequency.

Overview

Klaviyo is where guest marketing actually happens for most restaurant groups. Its Events API accepts custom events that trigger flows, its Profiles API holds the guest record, and its webhooks push data back out — so Nomly can both feed Klaviyo what happened on the phone and react when a flow fires. Connected to Nomly, the guest who ordered by voice last Friday becomes a profile with real order history instead of an anonymous ticket, and regulars who quietly stop coming get noticed while they are still winnable.

Configuration Steps

  1. In your Nomly dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Klaviyo
  2. Click Connect and paste your Klaviyo private API key
  3. Map each location to a Klaviyo list or segment
  4. Choose which Nomly events to push — orders, calls, catering leads
  5. Set consent rules so only opted-in guests are ever messaged
  6. Pick the automations it powers (e.g., Win Back Lapsed Regulars)
  7. Send a test event and turn it on — your automations are live

What you can build with Klaviyo

Or just ask

  • Which flow drove the most revenue?
  • How many opted in this month?
  • Which guests haven't ordered in 60 days?
  • What's my repeat rate?
