Overview
7shifts is the scheduling and team-management platform used across single restaurants and multi-unit groups. Its API exposes shifts, scheduled shifts, time punches, availability and time-off requests — so Nomly can see both what you planned and what actually happened. Connected to Nomly, the schedule stops being a static PDF: labor is checked against real sales hour by hour, no-shows surface before service instead of after it, and overtime gets caught while there is still a week left to fix it.
Configuration Steps
- In your Nomly dashboard, navigate to Plugins → 7shifts
- Click Connect and authorize Nomly with your 7shifts account
- Choose the company and locations Nomly should read
- Grant access to shifts, time punches and time-off requests
- Set your labor targets by daypart, or import them from 7shifts
- Pick the automations it powers (e.g., Labor Watch, No-Show Alert)
- Run a test sync and turn it on — your automations are live
