Clover

Clover

Sync orders, items and daily totals with your Clover terminal.

Overview

Clover is the point-of-sale platform running on countertop and handheld terminals in tens of thousands of restaurants. Its app platform publishes order, payment and inventory events as webhooks, so Nomly hears the moment an order closes, a payment lands, or an item runs out. Connected to Nomly, Clover becomes both the destination your voice agent writes orders into and the source your automations read from — sales, voids, item availability and daily totals, without anyone exporting a report.

Configuration Steps

  1. In your Nomly dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Clover
  2. Click Connect and authorize Nomly from your Clover App Market
  3. Grant read access to Orders, Payments and Inventory
  4. Choose which merchant locations Nomly should sync
  5. Pick the automations it powers (e.g., 86 Alert, Closing Report Audit)
  6. Run a test order and turn it on — your automations are live

What you can build with Clover

Automations operators turn on in their first week — no builder required. Each one can report, ask for approval, or run automatically, within boundaries you set.

  • What were my top 5 items last week?
  • How much did we lose to voids this month?
  • Which items get 86'd most often?
  • What's my average ticket by daypart?
