When it runs
At a configured checkpoint. Planned default: 2:00 PM local time, with absolute and percentage thresholds.
Who it is for
Owners and operators explicitly enrolled in the Recipe.
Evidence
Alerts will identify the location, checkpoint, net sales, comparison weekdays, dollar gap, percentage gap, and source freshness.
Permission ceiling
Read-only. It cannot launch a promotion or change pricing.
When it interrupts
At most one pace alert per location and checkpoint when both thresholds are crossed.
